the exchange server is in an incomsistent state, please use setup /m:RecoveryServer

the exchange server is in an incomsistent state. only disaster recovery mode is available. please use setup /m:RecoveryServer to ecover this Exchange Server.

To resolve this problem, you have to go to Domain Controller, and hit Windows +R or search -> Run -> then Type adsiedit.msc 
Right Click on ADSI Edit-> Connect -> then follow the instructions 


The last step CN=Servers- -> you will see a list of Servers name that your already connected to
so you need to delete all of them then try to install Exchange Server 2016 should be work fine.
