Lenovo ThinkPad T490 Can't Change Legacy Boot Option

ThinkPad T490 Can't Change Legacy Boot, If anyone know how to change leave comment. This error cannot boot from Any SSD drive and USB drive too, I reset all settings but sill can't boot.
