Unable to Validate your online Credentials LACERTE

Hello All, I have issue like this picture below, Unable to Validate Online Credentials. So here is how I solve for. Go to this step than you will see Foler Lacerte Shared, there are many setup file, such as Setup 2017, 18, 19..etc. Choose which one do you want to login then double click or open to reinstall again, after done should be work.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Lacerte Shared
