MacBook Pro 2013 Can't Install macOS Catalina

See this error picture, because some software didn't support so I need to update OS but can't so the volume didn't support. I didn't find solution yet, but I want to erase hard drive and create new partition see if it works. 
Note: the old OS is 10.12.

How to turn on Microsoft Outlook Tracking  Go to File-> Options-> Mail -> Tracking -> Select Read Receipt confirming the recipient viewed the message. This mean that when you send email to recipient so when the recipient read your email you will received confirmation email. This make sure that every email that you have sent reach destination.
