Hello All, I have issue like this picture below, Unable to Validate Online Credentials. So here is how I solve for. Go to this step than you will see Foler Lacerte Shared, there are many setup file, such as Setup 2017, 18, 19..etc. Choose which one do you want to login then double click or open to reinstall again, after done should be work. C :\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Lacerte Shared

Lacerte cannot find the Directory and File location, first thing that you need to do is open your share drive or LACERTE Drive then you try to open it again should be work.

Lacerte Error Opening, Lacerte Error initializing config Access is Denied. Removed software and reinstall, disconnect map drive and remap and restart computer. I did this 3 to 4 times but finally work, but not sure what cause this error.

I had this problem but finally I found the solution. First I removed all the tray and toner then I found small paper jam underneath the toner, after I removed, the printer is working normal.
