How to Transfer Fund to Fidelity Account
Go to Home Page and Click on Transfer then -> you will see next page that let's you choose Bank Account that you want to to deposit, following this step. it may take 1-3 business days for money to located in your account. After transfer, waiting for Cash to Settled first then you can Trade or buy stocks, you can't buy without Cash Settled, Fidelity Will not allowed to trade but if you trade your account will be restricted or can't be trade for 90 days.
